Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations develop talent, design learning experiences, and measure workforce capability. Yet many Learning & Development leaders are still experimenting with isolated AI tools rather than understanding how AI agents can fundamentally reshape learning systems. This interactive workshop provides L&D and talent development professionals with a practical look inside the emerging "AI-first enterprise"—where AI agents actively support content creation, coaching, learning journeys, and performance analytics.

In this session, we will explore how agentic AI systems are beginning to augment the work of L&D teams by generating learning content, facilitating simulations and role-plays, managing learning journeys, and analyzing program impact in real time. Rather than focusing only on theory, the workshop introduces practical examples and live demonstrations showing how AI agents can be used across the talent development lifecycle—from instructional design and coaching to analytics and governance.

The workshop is an interactive learning experience. We will work through a structured journey that includes a reality check on why traditional training approaches often fail to sustain behavior change, exploration of real enterprise AI use cases in L&D, and guided exercises where you’ll begin designing your own AI-supported learning journey.

She currently serves as Co-founder and CEO of Eubrics AI, where she is developing AI-powered conversational roleplays designed to simulate real buyer interactions and improve enterprise sales execution.

Nikita’s work focuses on driving large-scale capability transformation at the intersection of technology, workforce upskilling, sales enablement, and organizational change. She is known for translating complex transformation agendas into scalable platforms and measurable business outcomes for enterprise leaders.

Prior to founding Eubrics AI, Nikita held leadership roles at PwC, EY, and Korn Ferry, where she advised global organizations on workforce strategy, leadership development, and digital transformation initiatives. At PwC, she served as Associate Director for Future Skills and Platforms, leading the development and global rollout of a web-based upskilling platform deployed across more than ten countries and scaled into a multi-million-dollar revenue business.
