I have a passion for bringing out the best in people. I live to develop and manage talent so that organizations and the people that comprise them can thrive and do their best work.
I’ve brought this passion to leading national, multinational, and global organizations including Weight Watchers, Guitar Center, Delta Dental, and MUFG (The Bank of Tokyo). My background is especially strong in talent development, where I’ve worked in several large organizations interacting with C-suite leaders while leading learning teams, delivering and developing training content, and managing and evaluating learning & development programs. I’ve also had the opportunity to work as a strategic HR Business Partner and lead talent management and diversity & inclusion efforts while also working in the core HR functions of total rewards, recruiting, compliance, and employee relations.
I’m also passionate about our professional community and am proud to have served as a board member and as Past President of the Association for Talent Development, Los Angeles Chapter, over the last several years. At ATD-LA, I’ve had the pleasure of leading a team of philanthropic learning professionals working to connect and develop current and future leaders in talent development in Los Angeles.
