HiPo, the "Fox" Way - A Recipe for Success!

 How do you create the perfect recipe for success?  When it comes to developing a High Potential program, you need the basic ingredients of relying on data and best practices, but you also need to add your own flavor to make the program really kick.   In Troy’s talk, she will explain how FOX has been able to find the ideal combination of leveraging research but customizing it to fit her organization to organically grow a wildly successful HiPo program over the last nine years. 

About  Troy Achong

Troy Achong functions as Fox Entertainment Group’s Vice President of Organizational Development and Training and provides consultative services to more than 13,000 employees operating in 27 countries. Established in the enterprise learning and development space for more than 18 years, Troy thrives in roles of organization effectiveness, curriculum design, program implementation, change management, and the development of high potentials. Troy attained her MBA at the University of Southern California, her M.S. in Instructional Technology from the New York Institute of Technology, and holds a B.S. from St. John’s University.
