What Happens to People in Change? What Do They Need?
This session focuses on what happens to the individual as organizations introduce small and large scale change. During each phase, what do people think, feel, do and how can organizations take that into account in helping manage the change process. We will explore some simple models and discuss how they can be used in real situations.
