The 30 / 30 RoundTable

A User-Ready, User-Adaptable Tool to Unshackle and Revitalize Workplaces

In this session you will experience and learn the value of the 30 / 30 RoundTable, an activity designed to allow 30 equal-turn participant viewpoints in just 30 minutes, perhaps in a weekly or monthly session.  Its value is that it increases communication without adding new demands in busy workplaces.

In this demonstration and presentation, we will have two 20-minute RoundTables surrounding a PowerPoint presentation.  The presentation includes both general rationale and exercises allowing participants to adapt the RoundTable for their own work sites.

Our Agenda:

  • 7:45 - An experience of an introductory 30 / 30 RoundTable
  • 8:05 - PowerPoint with rationale and exercises to adapt the RoundTable for your purposes
  • 8:40 - A follow up 30 / 30 RoundTable
