ATD-LA’s Leadership Involvement Day is your opportunity to network with your colleagues. Meet with the Board as they share news and information about the chapter.
At the event, you will meet FranklinCovey’s Leena Rinne, co-author of one of the bestselling books, The Five Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity, explains how talent development professionals can apply these fascinating techniques.
Accountability Starts with You!
As talent development professions, we can become too busy helping others solve their business problems and not taking the time to care for our own.
FranklinCovey studied 351,613 respondents that spent 40% of their time on activities that were not important, either to themselves or to their organization.
These results represent ordinary productivity, mediocre results, and individuals feeling a lack of accomplishment at the end of the day.
Reducing that number by just 50% means your organization will have greater alignment and focused attention on the most important things, creating a culture of extraordinary productivity.
Leena Rinne co-authored, FranklinCovey's The 5 Choices. She has over 10 years of experience in international business and relationship management.
Bring your copy of the book or purchase one with your registration. A limited amount of books are available for purchase at discount from retail price and Leena will be glad to sign them.
Treats will be provided.
