Michele B. Medved is an Instructional Design consultant with over fifteen years experience in adult learning, technical writing, and performance consulting. Michele has published articles in a number of ATD publications and spoken at ATD events. She is the author of Top 10 Skills for Interviewers: How to Ask the Right Question to Create Targeted Learning.
