Are you asking the right questions from the right people?  Interviews help us obtain detailed, insightful, and qualitative information from experts.  This information is necessary at every stage of the Instructional Design process, from Analysis to Evaluation.  This workshop presents the 10 skills to be an effective interviewer and the opportunity to practice applying these skills.

Michele B. Medved is an Instructional Design consultant with over fifteen years experience in adult learning, technical writing, and performance consulting.  Michele has published articles in a number of ATD publications and spoken at ATD events.  She is the author of Top 10 Skills for Interviewers: How to Ask the Right Question to Create Targeted Learning.
