The qualities and behaviors that differentiate effective leaders are known. We have the data!
What's the source? The Leadership Challenge by James Kouzes and Barry Posner is considered one of the preeminent sources on Leadership. Over 30 years of research and millions of data points support their key findings, which have been distilled into their 5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership. What differentiates the most effective leaders? What insights have been derived from the data? What can you do to be a better leader? Join us as Anthony Markovich sheds light on these important questions. Anthony's course on Leadership at Loyola Marymount is grounded in the key messages of the Leadership Challenge. This session will highlight several of the key takeaways from the course. Anthony Markovich is a Professional Development Consultant at Teradata, the global leader in data warehousing and big data analytic solutions. For the past four years, he has focused on the design and development of learning and performance support resources for Teradata's sales force and customer services associates. Prior to joining Teradata, Anthony spent 7 years as a consultant with Accenture's Talent and Organizational Performance practice. There he led or contributed to numerous learning, change management, organization design, and process improvement initiatives for several Fortune 500 companies. Anthony earned his MBA at Loyola Marymount University, where he is now an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business Administration. His course on Leadership includes the material that will be presented during this session. RSVP IS REQUESTED. LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE.
