Leveraging Assessments in Development Planning

Consider how your organization is combining various data elements/sources to assess Top Talent and using
this data to make career decisions about these executives' such as successor positions, development
actions, job moves, etc.?

How is the data collected used to tell the “story” for a given executive including:
  • How data is communicated to senior leadership
  • What is the story that is told around the data?
  • Is assessment data responsibly used to make more objective talent decisions?
Are you fully leveraging assessments in your development planning?
