Emotional Intelligence and Diversity
This 1 hour interactive session on Emotional Intelligence and Diversity will address participants' own cultural orientation profile and how it affects them in their relationships at work. From this learning, participants will be able to design a cultural adaptation which will help them become more effective in interacting with others from different cultural orientations.
