Is Experience Enough?
The best learning is active, engaging, experiential, right? People learn from experience so we need to build experiences into our training. Or do they?
Cognitive psychology tells us that people actually do not learn from experience. You’ve seen it yourself, the person who continues to repeat the same behavior, in spite of unfavorable results. This is the underlying logic for Einstein’s well known definition of insanity -doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Join us for a series of activities as we explore ways to encourage superior learning.
