At the meta-level, how we are being shapes each aspect of the change process. This course is an introduction to the science of ontology, the nature of being as it pertains to our human experience, and offers simple techniques to cultivate focus necessary to fostering skill, resiliency and effectiveness.

About the presenter: Colleen Holt is a Co-Founder & Coach at Nu Lenz. She is dedicated the continuing evolution of our understanding of change. Using the science of ontology (study of being) and complexity science (using meta concepts), several principle concepts have been developed into pragmatic models and tools, freely available to all who seek greater personal and professional fulfillment.
