In order to cultivate talent, provide fuel for change readiness or address organizational complexity, there is one essential skill in the underpinning of all successful change outcomes – using self as an instrument of change.  At the meta-level, how we are being shapes each aspect of the change process. This course is an introduction to the science of ontology, the nature of being as it pertains to our human experience, and offers simple techniques to cultivate focus necessary to fostering skill, resiliency and effectiveness.

Activities:

  • Discover the qualities that are uniquely you and lead from these capacities through a simple exercise.
  • Use an inventory to identify the specific patterns that prevent growth 
  • Practice focus techniques which create conditions for possibility and growth

  • Understand and identify the source of internal distractions (doubts and worries)

About the presenter:
Colleen Holt is a Co-Founder & Coach at Nu Lenz. She is dedicated the continuing evolution of our understanding of change. Using the science of ontology (study of being) and complexity science (using meta concepts), several principle concepts have been developed into pragmatic models and tools, freely available to all who seek greater personal and professional fulfillment.
