ZenSigmaTM: Making the Unseen, Seen
In this fun, interactive session, attendees will participate in a problem-solving role play based on ZenSigmaä , a dialogic process that integrates the quantitative focus of Six Sigma with the “allowing” of Zen practice to explore underlying beliefs and assumptions so new understanding can foster behavior and cognitive change.
By exploring underlying beliefs, assumptions, and attitudes, participants can understand why positions may become entrenched and how understanding of the bigger picture can be achieved. With this perspective in our organizations, we become better able to meet multiple demands with limited resources.
ZenSigmaä is the “secret sauce” of Teamwell Consulting’s Nudging Cultureâ process for solving problems through system improvement. The concept was introduced to this group a year ago, and this session will give participants a chance to experience part of the process in action.
