In 2004, Harvard Business Review published “The Wild West of Executive Coaching,” which described the field as “chaotic, largely unexplored, and fraught with risk, yet immensely promising.”
Thirteen years later, how far have we come? And what do we still have left to learn?
Our panelists combine decades of experience in coaching with deep knowledge of OD, change management, organizational culture, leadership, and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Join us for a panel discussion, bringing together our community of practice to discuss:
-
Coaching is growing in stature. What’s working?
-
-
Hear some best practices, success stories.
-
Learn about sourcing coaches, teaching coaching skills, and managing coaching engagements.
-
Coaching is pushing up against psychology. Psychologists think that ICF competencies are not enough. Where do you stand?
-
Where does coaching need to go in the future?
-
