Trust: A Key Ingredient to Successful Coaching

One of the key ingredients to successful coaching outcomes is having a strong trusting relationship between the client and the coach. But,… how to establish trust? Against the backdrop of complex organizational dynamics, this sometimes can be quite a tricky proposition!
In this hands-on session, we will explore what it takes to build trust, what are the barriers to a productive coaching relationship, and what are some practical strategies for developing trust and bringing about positive coaching outcomes.

Scott Wimer, Ph.D. is an OD consultant and executive coach with over 30 years experience coaching CEOs, executives, and managers.
