Can We Live a More Integrated Life? What is the Alternative to Stress? Burnout? Disengagement?
Ever feel fragmented with a hundred items on your to-do list? As the pace and intensity of modern life ratchet up, just running faster and harder on the treadmill of life is not sustainable for individuals, nor is it productive for organizations. We know about stress, burn out, silos and disengagement. What’s the alternative?
Wholeness. Wholeness is a sense of connectedness and balance within oneself and the world around us. Inspired by the speaker’s realization after a physical breakdown from trying to “do it all”, Wendy draws on the combined wisdom of Eastern and Western thinking to show the way towards wholeness, so we can sustain our best work in the long haul and contribute to the larger world around us.
In this webinar, participants will reconnect to what wholeness means to them and explore the pathways towards wholeness:
- Take stock of one’s barriers to wholeness
- Consider traditional Eastern and Western ways of thinking
- Reconnect to moments of wholeness
- Rethink 100:100 in work and life as a dynamic balance
- Develop practical steps to nurture one’s wholeness
Reflective questions, discussion and tools to identify one’s vision of wholeness, sensation of fragmentation and methods to balance and clear.Be Ready: Come prepared to ask questions and engage with the speaker.
