Objectives

  • Understand empathy
  • Harness your own empathy to improve your performance
  • Foster an empathetic culture

About Andrew Cheeseman

Andrew Cheeseman is a growth instigator and an innovation leader. He founded Team(You) Inc. to change organizational culture through empathy and design principles.  As a growth instigator, Andrew has worked closely with leaders of companies of all sizes - from Silicon Beach startups to dozens of enterprises, including leaders like IBM, Toyota, USC, and Sony. His ability to drive growth and innovation springs from his understandings of relationships, communities, the creative process, and (of course!) empathy.
