How to use Identity Circles to Develop Teams
Mary Tabata will instruct us in the use of “identity circles” to facilitate team development and growth. Identity circles can help us view the multiple roles we play in our daily lives. Mary will also introduce a culture scan tool in the session. Like identity circles, culture scans can provide a basis to improve communication and understand and bridge across organizational, educational, and social cultures.
After this session, participants will be able to:
· Apply knowledge from the culture scan to your work and personal lives
· Use identity circles to increase understanding within and between groups
· Integrate their multiple cultures and identities to increase their own authentic
leadership characteristics
