About your presenter: Laurie Firestone Siedelman is the National Director of Learning & Development for Zenith Insurance Company, where she is responsible for the design and implementation of organization and people development initiatives that support the strategic priorities of the business. As an internal coach and consultant, Laurie partners with leaders to develop tools and processes that optimize the quality and effectiveness of the Zenith workforce through leadership and executive development, communication, training programs and employee engagement activities.

Prior to Zenith, Laurie worked in healthcare and for many years in higher education building educational, career and leadership development programs resulting in individuals and businesses reaching their maximum potential.

Laurie has a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She currently serves as the Director of Workshops & Events for the Association for Talent Development – Los Angeles Chapter.

Complimentary parking is available in the visitor parking lot accessed from the main entry on Califa Street (near the flagpole). Street parking is also available.

Important: Pre-registration is required. Attendee names must be submitted to the Zenith security team no later than the morning of the event. Please allow a few extra minutes to check in with the Zenith Security staff, located in the main lobby of the building.
