The Science and Practice of Culture Change and Transformation

Please join Jennie Wong, Ph.D. and Aron Kale as they lead us on a discussion about transforming organizational culture. This session promises to engage you. You will emerge with an understanding around the research on organizational culture and the frameworks for facilitating culture design and change management which you will immediately be able to put into practice.

 

About Dr. Jennie Wong   

Jennie Wong, Ph.D. started her career by earning a doctorate in Organizational Communication from the Annenberg School at USC and then went on to a variety of internal and external consulting positions at places such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Countrywide, and AIG. She currently helps to lead the Organizational Effectiveness practice for Slalom Consulting, a purpose-driven firm that helps companies solve business problems and build for the future with solutions spanning business advisory, customer experience, technology, and analytics, and is listed as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2018.
 
About Aron Kale

Aron Kale earned his M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Purdue University of Indianapolis. After receiving his degree, he entered consulting with a focus on organizational transformation and change management. Aron has guided clients across a variety of industries through change related to people, process and technology. Aron is currently a consultant for Slalom Consulting within the Organizational Effectiveness practice, focusing on helping companies build the operating mechanisms and culture required to drive business performance.
