Get a jump on the future by hearing from experts who have developed and implemented experiential training for claims adjusters. Claims adjusters are presented with over 500 damage combinations and two levels of difficulty in a classroom situation wearing VR headsets to assess water damage claims. Jessica DeCanio who was involved with the VR launch since inception will walk you through the entire process from analysis to execution and implementation, and show how the basic principles of needs assessment, instructional design and learning technology can be transferred to your organization.
