About the Presenter: Jessica DeCanio is Head of Claims Training at Farmers Insurance. Since 2015, she has been responsible for leading the training team which develops the technical expertise and leadership capabilities for more than 11,000 Claims employees. Jessica has on-boarded new account managers and led an enterprise team within the University of Farmers focused on building professional, management and leadership development programs for the company. Jessica has more than 18 years in the learning and development field and first started her career as a public relations manager for a training company where she specialized in developing communication and leadership skills by filling roles in marketing, operations, sales and coaching. Jessica holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University.
