Simplistic to Elegant – Confronting the Complicated

Presented by John Losey

Training and Development professionals are asked to create simple solutions to complicated issues on tight deadlines. Too often, the urgency and difficulty of this task leads to overly simplistic answers that result in unintended, negative outcomes. In this interactive, discussion-oriented session we will explore how we can move away from overly simplistic answers by confronting the complications, appreciating the complexity and working toward simple solutions that account for the complexity.

You will walk away with:

  •  A map leading from simplistic, dumbed-down answers to simple, elegant solutions
  • A different way to think about complexity
  • Why you should use all your time
