Sheryl Sandberg has called it one of the most important documents ever to come out of Silicon Valley.  It's been viewed more than 5 million times on the web.  It includes innovative and "crazy" ideas, such as the concept that workers should be allowed to take whatever vacation time they feel is appropriate.

What is it?  It's a deck titled "Netflix Culture:  Freedom and Responsibility".  But no deck alone ever changed a company.  Join your fellow colleagues as we explore and reflect upon Netflix's approach to Human Resource Management and it's impact on the modern workplace.  Our discussion will be inspired by an article from Harvard Business Review.
