The Association for Talent Development-Los Angeles Organization Development Special Interest Group invites you to a presentation:

An evening with Steve Phillips: Wisdom from a Seasoned OD and Business Professional. 

Steve Phillips has been a leader in OD for over three decades. With an incredibly rich background as an internal and external OD practitioner, much experience running a consulting firm, and vast experience working with CEOs and leadership teams, Steve has a lot of war stories, perspectives, and experiences to share!

We will have a dialogue with Steve where we can talk about "hot OD," where the field is heading, and anything else we would like to discuss with him. He can share his experiences as a trusted advisor to CEOs, a consultant to senior teams, a leader of a thriving consulting practice, and an internal leader of the HR function. He is also an author and a leading thinker in the field. Steve does many senior team offsites and recently he has been doing some innovative work with a private equity firm.

Location: Wimer Associates, 201 Wilshire Blvd. Santa Monica, CA 90401. Held in the "A" level conference room downstairs. 

Parking is in the 2nd St Parking Structure between Wilshire and Arizona. (free for the first 1.5 hours) You cannot turn left into the structure from 2nd St. You need to travel north on 2nd St. and turn right into the structure. (starting from Santa Monica Blvd. or Arizona, turn right onto 2nd St, and turn right into the structure before Wilshire.)
