Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the ATD 2022 International Conference & EXPO! For decades we’ve gathered thousands from around the world to collaborate, network, and learn together at our premier event. In 2022, circumstances may require us to still do things differently and we look to our community of volunteers to help support us in the experience.
Program Benefits
Conferences take a lot of people power to run, and ATD depends on volunteers to make it happen. The ATD Volunteer Program trades volunteer work days for complimentary conference days. For each full day you volunteer during ATD22, you will receive a complimentary conference day pass (this excludes pre-conference volunteers). Plus you’ll make new friends and have a blast!

What You’ll Do
There’s a role to fit everyone’s style. Help conference attendees find their way as an Ask Me Volunteer. Help educational sessions run smoothly as a Session Room Monitor. Pitch in at certain locations, like the ATD Store, Career Center, or in the EXPO as a Special Location Assistant. Or dip into all the roles and swoop to the rescue as a Floater.
