Participants will learn competencies in each pillar tied to performance and behaviors of those reporting to them. These insights will pave the way to facilitating lasting changes and stronger, healthier teams.

This session empowers talent development professionals to heighten leadership awareness of one’s professional strengths and development needs, often restricted to individual coaching. Participants will learn development strategies to support leader communication, setting healthy boundaries and building meaningful trust between them and their teams, ultimately reforming their strategies to create healthy, successful, dynamic teams!
