Presenter Bio

Kalenga is a Sr. Talent Development Manager at Eden Housing, Inc – a non-profit
organization focused on building and maintaining high quality affordable housing for
low-income Californians. As a Talent Development professional, Kalenga has spent the past 5 years designing and executing leadership development programs within her organization, and over 70 managers have successfully completed the program. Moreover, Kalenga designed and managed a “Managing at Eden” series – a series of trainings focused on helping people managers navigate policies, procedures, and performance expectations within Eden Housing. She has helped organize over 20 events with ATD Golden Gate over the past 4 years – helping TD professionals in the area to network and share best practices.
