Does building emotional intelligence feel like a monumental achievement? This fun workshop is an activity-based exploration of the Self-Awareness pillar of Emotional Intelligence in order to help leaders and individuals break down barriers to change within themselves and teams.

Participants will learn to:

  1. Recognize the various “voices” that underly thought patterns.
  2. Identify the impact of thought patterns in day-to-day performance and leadership strategy.
  3. Create a plan to incorporate thought pattern analysis.

Participants will receive tools and experiences to support their own competencies and ATD capabilities:

  • Emotional Intelligence and Decision-Making
  • Change Management
  • Consulting & Business Partnering

Your Presenter

Anupa Naik, M.Ed. is a veteran corporate Learning, Enablement and Performance professional and Speaker with a unique and atypical career background.  She has worked for more than two decades in a variety of leadership, strategy and consulting roles in a wide range of industries in Fortune 500 and global companies.

Because she worked in so many industries, she is extraordinarily qualified to apply a diverse, targeted and relatable context to all her learning – making it more transferable back on the job.

Originally from Chicago, she earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education. She then lived and worked in New York City where she led Learning & Development teams, programs and initiatives for large global financial, consumer products, technology and infrastructure companies.  Anupa now lives inSouthern California and works with clients around the world.

She is currently a 2023 Co-President of ATD Los Angeles and previously served on the Board of ATD New York.
