Organizations are delicately trying to find the balance between virtual and in person events. This is particularly a difficult challenge when trying to engage hybrid learners and achieve learning objectives.  Luckily, we will share Zoom features to help maximize productivity in meetings and training sessions regardless of physical location.

Our speaker will walk you through leveraging valuable meeting features that will keep attendees engaged no matter where they are located.

  • Maximizing interactive features

Your Presenter

Ricardo Cervantes brings over 15 years of industry experience, having worked for WebEx, Certain Inc., Apple and Google respectively. He has held various positions ranging from course development, corporate training (onboarding / continuous learning) as well as working with young-adults for a Bay Area non-profit, as an instructor. Teaching courses ranging from introductory computer networking, computer coding, and even mentoring young adults who desire to become employed within the tech-sector. Ricardo is a bi-quaterly guest speaker for Diablo Valley College students and offers speaking engagements on a range of topics pertaining to tech-based courses / subjects that students seek to learn more from.  

Ricardo is a unique Webinar Host within Zoom’s Customer Marketing team. On a daily basis, he hosts (presents) within a wide-range of topics ranging from product use-cases of Zoom’s portfolio of software solutions, best practices for incorporating Zoom’s UCaaS platform into an organization's daily method of operations as well as thought-leadership webinars on adopting and maximizing best practices in the ever evolving climate of hybrid workforces. Ricardo believes organizations who truly want to revolutionize how they can best utilize Zoom’s products, will invest in learning paths that Zoom provides.

Ricardo is a passionate speaker and brings an organic style of presenting and influence for hosts/presenters seeking to ensure they have a memorable and successful presence when offering speaking / teaching engagements. From ensuring inclusivity, collaboration and providing a welcoming online environment, these are the fundamental elements that Ricardo wants all online hosts/presenters to have ingrained within their environments.
