Your Presenters

Victoria Villarreal

Victoria is a Multi-Loc Sales Enablement Specialist with Yelp. She has worked in a variety of industries all while never losing sight of the joy she would experience when learning a new skill.  With nearly a decade of sales experience, Victoria transitioned into Sales Enablement in 2022. This allowed her to utilize her passion for learning and her experience in sales. Her focus at Yelp is to assist and train sellers on best practices, processes, and available products. The goal is: optimization and success.

Outside of her role at Yelp she is a full time Doctoral student and Board President for a local non-profit. Victoria believes pursuing her Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University will help her grow in her career and keep her abreast of the latest business strategies available.

In addition to her pursuit of higher education and passion for volunteer work, she is a wife and mother of two. Spending time with her family is what fuels her. She leads by example in showing her daughters that education and tenacity are important keys to success.

Nina Wedig

Nina is a Training Analyst for Cigna Healthcare’s Individual and Family Plans (IFP) sales effectiveness team, where she works on various projects such as instructional design work, project management, and content creation intended for insurance sales brokers and agents. Before Cigna Healthcare, she worked as a Process Improvement Specialist for an account management team, primarily on KPI reporting, Salesforce.com enhancements, and training. She first learned about instructional design via ATD’s Instructional Design certificate program while in that role. She is pursuing her master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024 in hopes of transitioning to a role focused solely on instructional design.

Bridget Randall

Bridget’s career started in group facilitation and coaching, program development, and facilitation primarily in the non-profit and academic industries. When she started exploring the places where she could take her career, she took the DISC assessment and identified “Corporate Trainer” as a potential career match. Then she was introduced to the American Society for Talent Development (ASTD) community in San Diego, now ATD San Diego. After attending her first ASTD professional mixer, she was invited to volunteer as the chapter’s Social Media volunteer. This was the start of many years of volunteer service for the chapter. After serving the chapter as a member at large, she was elected to the board of directors, where she served for six years as Program Director, President-Elect, President, and Past President.

Outside of ATD, she promotes Talent Development best practices as a Professional Services Sr. Project Manager for Skillsoft, an eLearning solution provider.  She partners with her clients to provide strategic talent development planning by integrating business goals and taking a holistic view to ensure that learning solutions make a measurable impact on their organizations. Bridget’s experience includes building innovative talent development and learning solutions from the ground up including designing, facilitating, and managing learning programs throughout the entire learning lifecycle.

Most nights you can find her walking along the San Diego North County coast enjoying a stunning sunset.
