ATD's Government Workforce Conference

Talent development in the public sector is critical to obtaining a mission-ready workforce. The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a not-for-profit, professional association supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations around the world. ATD empowers professionals to develop talent in the workplace and is highly engaged in supporting the federal government sector.

With this mission in mind, ATD’s Government Workforce Conference – running for more than 10 years— is designed to share human capital and talent development best, proven, and innovative practices, emphasizing practical application and implementation across the federal government.
