Game Gain:  How Organizations are Ramping Up Use of Online Games to Engage Learners

"Gamification" may not roll off the tongue, but it is more than just the latest buzzword in learning.  Games and simulations are more than a fun distraction for employees.  Rather, they offer a safe, engaging environment for learning new skills.  More importantly, numerous organizations are implementing or trying to figure out how to implement online games into their curricula.

Join us as we learn more about "Gamification," both from recent literature and from each other.  Anthony Markovich will bring copies of a short T+D Magazine article on the subject, which we will read together.  Anthony will then lead a RoundTable discussion on this emerging workplace trend.  We will use the GEMS RoundTable methodology to understand and discuss this powerful and engaging workplace transformation.

An email copy of the article will be provided when you RSVP. You do not have to read it beforehand.

The GEMS Text Study RoundTable format is provided by Sue Gabriele, President and Owner, Gabriele Educational Materials and Systems.
