Enhancing Employee Engagement:  Trends, Best Practices, and Knowledge Sharing

What are leading organizations doing to increase employee engagement?  You might be surprised!

Even if you don't have the resources of a large company, the core concepts of employee engagement are the same for all organizations.  Even large enterprises are using very "grass roots" methods!

Susan Peahl will be our presenter.  Susan attended a HCI conference on employee engagement in Seattle, and will share her reconnaissance with us!  This includes statistics from 2012, trends in surveying, examples of branding, marketing, and communication campaigns for employee engagement initiatives.  She will also share examples of how gaming has been used to enhance engagement.  Susan's presentation will be available to all attendees for their own use.

Our goal:  We will use Susan's reconnaissance to spur knowledge sharing and discussion with the group!  We'd like to hear what YOU can share about improving engagement in organizations.  What have you seen and used in action?  What works or doesn't work?  Let's discuss!  Please bring samples, marketing plans, e-mail blasts, and any example material you can share.
