Enhancing Employee Engagement:  Trends, Best Practices, and Knowledge Sharing (Part 2)

There is so much to talk about, our August 2nd breakfast on Employee Engagement Strategies wasn't enough!  Join us for a continuation of our conversation on Employee Engagement Strategies.

What are leading organizations doing to increase employee engagement?  You might be surprised!  The core concepts are the same for all organizations.  Even large enterprises are using very "grass roots" methods!

This will not be formal presentation.  Rather, it will be an open discussion, sharing what we have done to create engagement. We have a lot of wisdom and experience among us.  Many of you had ideas to share at our August session, so this is your chance. We hope you will share what works and what doesn't, and brainstorm, building upon the trends that Susan Peahl shared in her August presentation.

If you did not attend that session, come anyway!  You will get plenty of ideas to use with your clients! Susan Peahl will facilitate the discussion. Thank you to those who were ready to share what they have done in the past.  Please bring your info again and we promise to spend the entire time sharing
