Get ready for ATD-LA’s award-winning Brain Exchange and Networking Get Together!
The Brain Exchange is our very popular forum to share your winning ideas, best practices and lessons learned with your peers to help generate better solutions for on-the-job problems. Whether it’s something heard at the ATD International Conference and Expo in New Orleans in May, an interesting new idea you came across, or a personal lesson learned, we know there’s something important you have to share!
We invite you to shine in the spotlight and share with your ATD-LA community in 90 seconds:
- A Talent Development-related work problem you faced, your solution to the problem and any lessons learned or best practices, or
- Something fascinating you learned when working on your own professional development
- Go a step further and also show which ATD Talent Capability(ies) aligns with your share
Here are the rules to the Brain Exchange:
- Introduce yourself - Name, Title and Organization
- Explain your problem and solution or the thing you learned in 90 seconds
- Moderators will let you know of the 45-second mark
- Remember this is a learning event so no sales pitches will be allowed. All of the great ideas will be recorded and a summary will be sent to each participant after the meeting.

Coming straight from the office with no time to eat? Don't worry, boxed dinners with a sandwich, salad, chips, cookie, and water will be available for all attendees! Choose a registration type with dinner, and let us know your preference when registering

Parking
Bring $8 cash or a check for a discounted parking pass - no cards accepted
The entrance to the parking structure is from Uplander or from Slauson. Enter the parking structure for 400 Corporate Pointe and please park on Levels 6 or 7 only. The entrance to the campus is from the 4th floor of the parking garage, across the courtyard and through the glass doors.
Please bring your parking ticket with you to Campus Services to purchase an all-day discounted parking pass for $8 (cash or check, no credit cards please). Campus Services is located on the 1st floor of the campus. When you enter the building, make a right before the elevators and follow the hallway down and around to the left. You will see our large Campus Services office suite to your right.
Metered street parking is also available, as well as free street parking on Hannum Ave between Bristol Pkwy and Uplander Way. It is a 5 minute walk.
