PROGRAM Description:
Collaboration is the most vital skill of our time, the least understood, and the hardest to do. Lack of collaboration is the cause of 85% of workplace failures and delayed projects.
In our 'Introduction to Authentic Collaboration' workshop, we’ll clarify what true collaboration really means, revealing a proven, practical approach that you can implement immediately.
You’ll leave with actionable tools and strategies to enhance teamwork and drive success, starting on day one.
Here's a sneak peek into what you'll experience:
- Generosity to learn and influence others. Who is stuck at work now? Why? How can we be generous to others?
- Resourcefulness to develop yourself and your projects. Consumer insights and build your network.
- Co-Creation when working and developing product, ideas, or initiatives with others. “Yes and.”
- Action to learn, solve, and break inertia. Share change management stories where action created results and positive energy.
- Gratitude to support team energy and a resilient individual and team mindset. Identify and send a thank you note to someone deserving that you never thank. Give three guidelines to what makes a thank you note special.
Sum it up with the neuroscience behind the different behaviors, showing how they work together to change you, your body, your mindset, and your team.
