Most organizational changes require employees to learn new skills and knowledge. This requires “unlearning” outdated information and “relearning” new skills. For this effort to be successful, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) process and training strategy must be intertwined and aligned.

Michele B. Medved, the owner of MBM Training Services, has developed customized and targeted learning solutions to meet key business outcomes. Previous clients have included Intel, Toyota, Kaiser Permenente, The Cheesecake Factory, and WellPoint. Michele has a MA degree in Educational Technology and advanced certificates in Instructional Design. Michele has published articles in ASTD and E-learning Guild publications, most recently Designing learning for when things change in Learning Solutions Magazine.
