About the presenter:
Tim Boyd specializes in systems engineering, project management, and organizational leadership development. He has experience in a wide variety of mission areas including space, air and ground systems, as well as the full project engineering life cycle.
Mr. Boyd is currently a technical program manager on a large space program leading teams through the development, deployment and sustainment phases of the project life cycle. Previously, Mr. Boyd has served roles in engineering operations, global strategy, corporate engineering, cyber strategy, and business development.
Mr. Boyd also serves as a professional coach and training facilitator for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He is credited with over 75 technical publications, trade secrets and workshops.
He also supports Caltech’s Center for Technology and Management Education as an instructor and teaches courses on systems engineering, program management and specialized leadership topics. He also hosts a monthly, fast-paced, podcast series called “Curious and Cuirky” which shares fresh insights on the hottest topics in the technology-driven business to get to the big why—examining thought processes, choices, and implications.
