About the presenter:
Luke Wiesner has more than a decade of experience as a Conflict Resolution Professional, providing mediation, coaching, training and facilitation to organizations, teams, and individuals. He works in partnership with organizations both internally and externally to create and design training and intervention programs, as well as internal conflict and performance management systems. Luke’s work is centered around helping employees and workplaces strengthen their relationships and enhance their performance in the midst of conflict and challenges. He brings a process-oriented approach to his work where he collaborates with his clients to develop structure to conversations, problem-solving, and performance management.
Luke has worked with organizations all across the United States in a multitude of industries. Some of the industries he has worked in include: local government, education, non-profit, telecommunications, healthcare, advertising and marketing, financial institutions, hospitality, real estate, construction, as well as many others.
