About Your Presenter:

Angela Cheng-Cimini is a visionary HR executive with 30 years of experience driving talent strategy and organizational transformation across consumer goods, tech, professional services, and nonprofits. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Talent & Chief Human Resources Officer at Harvard Business Publishing, she led HR and facilities teams, shaped a talent roadmap aligned with business goals, and built a highly engaged, diverse workforce. Currently, she serves as fractional Head of HR for The Chronicle of Philanthropy, advancing its mission for the common good.

Angela is known for evolving HR from administrative to strategic, notably as VP of HR at ClearMotion and Global Head of HR for Crabtree & Evelyn, where she led a global team through digital transformation. She serves on the Cornell Alumni Board, is a member of CNBC’s Workforce Executive Council, and advises startups on the future of work. Her thought leadership has been featured in Harvard Business Review and Fast Company, and she is a passionate advocate for the AAPI community.
