It's Not Just a Job, It's An Adventure

Employee engagement is the single greatest challenge faced by 21st Century American business. At a time when companies are looking for every competitive advantage, every ounce of employee focus, commitment and creativity is needed to develop distinction and retain customer loyalty.  Corporate leadership needs to effectively connect the dots between employee passion and purpose.  We'll examine some practical ways managers can engage staff more effectively and increase productivity at the same time.

About Bob

Bob Ogilvy turned a graduate degree in clinical psychology and two decades of career exploration (including stints as a psychologist, deejay, pastor, truck driver, adventure tour leader, business coach, healthcare director, voice-over artist, and bio-plastics exec) into an ongoing relationship with career development, helping people find their calling and connect more profoundly to a sense of meaning in their work.  His book, "What I Know Now That I Wish I Knew Then: 22 Career Screw-Ups to Help Turn Your Work Messes Into Successes" is the basis for a thriving coaching and consulting practice.
