About Our Speaker
Steve Siegel has 40 years experience as a consultant, business owner, entrepreneur, trainer, and coach. Steve is currently working as the Organization Effectiveness Manager at B&B Manufacturing in
alencia, CA. Steve focuses on culture, change management, process improvement, and group facilitation.
Steve uses a positive approach to coordinate the efforts of individuals within organizations to meet customer needs and improve efficiency through effective leadership, teamwork, communication, and systemic improvements. Steve is a Lean Sigma Black Belt, and has developed and taught his Lean curriculum at College of the Canyons.
Steve began his career as a third grade teacher; then founded a children’s summer camp and preschool. He is a Past President of ASTD-LA, and is a member of PIHRA, SHRM, APICS, and ISPI. In his spare time, Steve enjoys time with his family, gardening, and serves on the Board of a local nonprofit.
