About the Presenter: Ben Dattner is an organizational psychologist, adjunct professor at New York University, and the author of The Blame Game: How the hidden rules of credit and blame determine our success or failure. As an organizational development consultant, Ben frequently works with teams to define strategy, clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop and implement more efficient and effective ways for the members of the team to communicate and collaborate.
