TECHNICAL TRAINING

“MANAGING THE TECHNICAL TRAINING FUNCTION"

We’ve managed training for years. Of course we know what we’re doing.

Not so fast!

This webinar considers similarities and differences between managing technical training and managing what’s sometimes referred to as soft skills development. Factors discussed include

  • Working in projects
  • Push vs. Pull
  • Who’s in charge?
  • Quality control
  • Our role in change management
  • It’s more than an application
