First Steps to Effective Problem Solving

Learn proven processes to make strategic decisions with confidence. Business success depends on timely and effective problem solving. In today’s flat and dynamic organization, everyone is a decision-maker; everyone needs problem solving skills.

There’s more to decision-making than making choices. You will learn the seven steps that take you from vague issues to positive action. Making a choice is all the way down at number six. In this dynamic and interactive workshop, you will learn techniques to set the groundwork for a solution that really solves the problem. Do you know where you want to go? Who or what might get in your way? Have you considered all your alternatives?

What you will gain?

  • A seven-step process to apply to the decisions you face, large and small
  • Techniques to home in on solutions that address all of the goals and concerns of all involved
  • Techniques to find a wider range of possible solutions from which to choose
  • Greater confidence in your decisions
