Special Division: South Bay Training Professionals Breakfast: Invited Speaker

This engaging workshop will open your eyes to the differences between generational cultures, communication styles, and organizational values.  At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Describe the behavioral influence on generations from cultural upbringing and values.
• Achieve an understanding of the different communication styles from each generation.
• Launch strategies to help them succeed in a multigenerational workforce.

The Multigenerational Workshop will be conducted by Allen Levy.  He has worked in the training and development field since 2008 and has held roles in L&D management, consulting, performance improvement, and instructional design.  Additionally, Allen has his Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine and, his Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication from California State University of Northridge.  Currently he is working as a Senior Facilitator in Organizational & Talent Development at Kinecta Federal Credit Union.
