“We have moved from a focus on fixing leadership
weaknesses all the way over to a focus on building
strengths. Without question, it is the most profound
change in this realm to occur in the past 50 years.”
                                                    --- Jack Zenger

EXECUTIVE BRIEFING
Presented by World-renowned Leadership
Authority and Author, Dr. Jack Zenger

Does your organization have exceptional leaders? In these difficult business times, true success requires nothing less.

Our research provides proof that exceptional leaders can indeed be developed and a strengths-based methodology is the way to do that. Dr. Jack Zenger will show why focusing on building strengths is far more effective than a preoccupation with fixing weaknesses. A practical set of techniques for developing strengths will be featured. Of these techniques, the session will focus most heavily on the unique and innovative concept of “non-linear development.” The session will end with Q&A and a chance to network with industry peers.

This is the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas, network, and learn new ways to approach leadership development. If you play a strategic role in identifying and implementing leadership development programs in your organization, or if you are interested in your own development, register now to attend.

About the Presenter: Jack Zenger is a world-renowned behavioral scientist, author, and premier authority on leadership development today. He has developed multiple award-winning leadership programs, influencing Fortune 500 companies and shaping the training and development industry. In 2011 The American Society of Training and Development awarded Jack the Lifetime Achievement Award in Workplace Learning and Performance.

Special Gift: Everyone that attends will receive a copy of Dr. Zenger's latest book, How to Be Exceptional: Drive Leadership Success by Magnifying Your Strengths. Additional books will also be available for purchase.
