The Road to Resolution: Strategies for Managing Conflict and Reaching Resolution 

Companies reward employees who can overcome obstacles, solve problems and get things done. And this requires skill – especially when conflict arises along the way in internal and/or external relationships. The challenge is that most people who are facing conflict don’t recognize that there really is a “road” to resolution, and therefore use approaches that tend to escalate the conflict, hampering their ability to achieve their goals.

This session will focus on strategies for moving out of conflict and toward resolution, and can be used in all aspects of business operations, management and leadership, customer and client work, and facilitation and coaching. Bring your own best practices, as this will be an interactive session!
