Facilitation is a core skill for any training and development, organizational development, or consulting professional. Here is your opportunity to collaboratively develop a special division that will offer a safe, nurturing environment to practice, hone, and keep this skill sharp, instead of waiting until the stakes are high with a client.

Bring your best Ice Breaker!  This hands-on meeting offer an opportunity to test new icebreakers while learning best practices for selection and use of icebreakers.  Come prepared for active participation and fun!

Meetings are open to all ASTD members and those considering membership.  We welcome anyone who is interested in developing their facilitation skills.
