About the Presenters:

Thiagi is a long-time friend and lifetime member of ASTD-Los Angeles. He currently serves as the CEO of the Thiagi Group, an organization devoted to improving human performance effectively and enjoyably. Thiagi has published more than 40 books, 90 games and simulations, and more than 200 articles.

Thiagi currently writes a free monthly newsletter, Thiagi GameLetter, published by Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer.

Tracy Tagliati, CPLP, knows how to engage the learner. As the training manager at Move, Inc. and associate at the Thiagi group, she specializes in activities based training in both instructor-led and web-based environments. She has co-authored two books with Thiagi and presented at numerous international conferences. Her mission is helping people improve their performance effectively and enjoyably. Tracy has her Masters Degree in Training and Performance Improvement.
